Aramark Refreshments has all the goods to create a happier, more productive office. Not just food, beverages, and coffee machines, Aramark will also stock and clean the break room. Larger businesses can enjoy grab-and-go markets with gourmet meals and café favorites.

Website Trailer

Part of this project was a website “trailer.” It was used to introduce the upcoming large scale changes to both Aramark staff and existing customers.

Just the basics, or all in?

Instead of creating a huge order to receive an initial quote, we introduced an easier way to get new customers started — curated packages. The customer can simply pick a package, receive a quote, and then customize their order if needed.

From there, Aramark will design the customer’s break room, deliver and stock the products, and provide a dedicated account representative that’s always a phone call away.

Get hacking

An exciting new concept for Aramark Refreshments, Snack Hacks bring a new level of snacking to the office. Order the bundle of ingredients, hang up the recipe card on the fridge, and share the delicious creations on social media.

Never run out of coffee

Re-ordering is a huge part of the customers’ behavior. We interviewed our own office manager to get a glimpse into the operation of keeping our break room fully stocked. To improve the experience, we designed a prominent reorder button in the header, and also gave the customer the ability to quickly shop via custom shopping lists or a list of their frequently purchased items. The new shopping experience also introduced a subscription option for products.

Dashboard

The account section features an all new dashboard where users can get a quick at-a-glance summary of their activity. The original concept included order tracking, spending history, message center and service requests, contact of your dedicated Aramark representatives, and a spot for promotions.
