Just Call Me Alex

My first name is Polish, my last name is Korean, and my nickname is American. I grew up in Poland where I spent my childhood drawing advanced stick figures and crafting works of art out of sticks and empty match boxes. When I moved to the US I may have not known how to speak English, but I was fluent in art.

Nine years later I painted my bedroom a deep fuchsia color and applied to the Tyler School of Art at Temple University (spoiler: I got in). In college I fell in love with design.

When I’m not arranging pixels I step away from the screen and grab my power tools. My childhood crafting hobby has evolved into a serious DIY obsession that includes building furniture, renovating, and hand crafting toys for my two kids.

I’m located in Philadelphia and I’m available for freelance projects. Past clients include: Aramark, Delaware North, Walgreen’s, American Standard, David’s Bridal, Comcast, and more.
